Getting Started
1. Order tracts
I highly recommend Chick tracts. Why do I think so?
- They offer a variety of subjects
- They are biblically sound. (Not perfect, but very solid.)
- Everybody loves comics; everybody loves a story
- They invoke curiosity
- They are attractive
Another good site to get tracts from is "ATS" (American Tract Society)
They have tons of great tracts and tons of subjects.
But, it's entirely up to you what
tracts you use.
Keep your receipts. You'll appreciate it in the future.
2. Stamp tracts
Once you've received the tracts, I suggest that you stamp the back of
the tracts with a good Christian website or church that someone can go
to for more information, in case they accept Christ, or are curious, or
have a need. You can always just hand-write on the back of the tracts,
but if you plan on putting out a high volume, a stamp is ideal.
Stamps can be made at local office supply stores, like Staples, and are
fairly inexpensive. I paid around $20.00 for mine.
